Allison Russell Portland Concert reviews
Just be sure to get there early!
The party pass is a great deal for those of us on a tighter budget, pretty as long as you get inside the stadium early. This is necessary if you're shorter than 6'2, especially. You shouldn't have any problems finding viewing areas right on the rail, an hour or more before the game.
You'll have to try to look over people standing in front of you if you get there later. And you are tired at the end of the game from standing the whole time, but the game goes by fast enough, it's not really too much of a problem!
If you're a first-time purchaser, overall it was an awesome experience, and the view from the lookout areas is fantastic! The entire stadium itself is worth going to see.
Suggestions:
1. Bring LOTS of cash for parking. We parked around a mile away, and it was still $40.
2. Eat before you go. The food there is expensive, just like any other stadium or arena.
3. Be prepared to stand. Once you find a good place, you don't want to give it up. I suggest making friends with the people around you, that way if any of you need to leave to go to the bathroom or anything, everyone else can hold their spot.
4. If you can, wear cargo pants or something with deep pockets. You can stuff your electronics in there, and a couple drinks and snacks as well. The signs say no food or drink, but when they searched me going in, they only patted down my shirt to see if I had a weapon.
